Justin Bieber did a comedy sketch last night (4/10/10) on "Saturday Night Live" (SNL) with guest host Tiny Fey. Justin Beiber was the musical guest and the two songs he sang, he has sung before elsewhere. The skit was okay. But skits don't sink and swim just on the performance of the actor, but also by the strength of the writers. The SNL writers should have provided him with better material. There were a few laughs, but mainly the material sank. Justin Beiber did okay with the material he was given. His fans -- and the show was past the vast majority of their bed times -- but unlike his appearance on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on NBC, broadcasted on April 8, 2010,  a Thursday night, a school night, or his appearance on Jay Leno's Tonight Show, on April 1st, also a Thursday night, and a school night  -- Saturday night wasn't a school night -- and his zillion of teen and tween fans, who stayed up that late, had to sleep in today, a Sunday, or nod off, and  fall asleep in Church like lots of people.  Anyway, his fans probably just tuned in to see him, and didn't care what he said or did.
